Our strength-based, client-centered trauma-informed lifestyle counseling supports everyone, child and adult acheive whole person, whole-child wellness. We offer Zoom and in-person sessions to align your wellness needs with actionable steps to bring better health and balance and increase joy, life satisfaction, better health, and a sense of well-being. Our integrative approach encompasses affective, behavioral, cognitive, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of your life and will inform our work together.

With Claudia’s expert guidance, you will develop a wardrobe consistent with your goals and aspirations. Designing an authentic iconic look and live your life with style, intention, and purpose, aligning verbal, nonverbal and visual, communication. This program ensures that you are congruent with your true self—your thoughts, words, and actions.
