    A Proven Path of Transformation

    In 2015 Maria Claudia started a Yoga Therapy & Mindfulness Program at Bergen County Jail, which ran for 5 years. The program offered trauma-informed practices to support resilience and rehabilitation. This experience reinforced her commitment to guiding individuals—whether in corporate boardrooms or personal journeys—toward deeper self-awareness, empowerment, and lasting transformation.
