  • We will incorporate joyful eclectic yogic movements to dive fearlessly into the realm of unconditional love—for self as well as others. Through artistic expression, creative visualizations, meditation prompts, and peer support, we will find tools to elevate us from suffering to serenity.

  • You will be motivated to develop a daily mind/body practice and invite joy into your life

    * No yoga experience required: “We are all beginners” as my teacher always said.
